We are delighted to be exhibiting artwork by Lisa Kreuziger
Lisa Kreuziger is a visual artist who is known to constantly evolve her practice with every new series of works.
She started out making abstract expressionist paintings but soon worked across the spectrum of contemporary abstraction.
Drawing from diverse sources of artistic vocabulary, she often merges abstraction and figuration. Kreuziger never simply reproduces what her eyes see but dissociates of form and colour she observes and re-associates these on a new level.
Having realized the limitations of painting, in particular as far as the communication and interaction with the viewer goes, the artist eventually decided to go more conceptual.
Aside from paintings, her body of work includes objects and participatory installations. This has opened up a whole new range of possibilities and challenges.
Capturing the essence of an experience to communicate something profound about the human condition, has always been her artistic intent.
The exhibition will run from until 3rd May 2019 at Vintners Place, 68 Upper Thames Street, London, EC4V 3BJ. All work on show is available to purchase. For further information or to arrange an appointment to view contact firstname.lastname@example.org or call 0208 702 8030.
