We are delighted to be collaborating with The Society of Graphic Fine Art for the first time together showcasing artwork by a selection of it’s members.
Founded in 1919, the Society promotes fine drawing skills in both traditional and contemporary media. Today there are more than 130 elected members of the SGFA across the UK — professional artists from all areas of the art world who work in all drawing and printmaking media.
The Society organises events through the year, culminating in the Annual Open Exhibition with outstanding drawings by some of Britain’s finest professional artists, members and non-members alike. The Society also stages regional members-only exhibitions.
The exhibition will run from 10th July until 10th September 2017 across the 1st floor reception area at Tower 42, 25 Old Broad Street, London, EC2N. The work on show will allow the Society to promote the variety of styles and skills their members offer. In addition to black and white work and traditional drawing skills, the society encourages the use of colour and non-figurative art.
We will also be arranging for members to attend and carry out live painting days around the reception area at Tower 42 throughout the exhibition period. We will be updating you all with these dates soon. For any sales enquiries about the pieces on display please contact firstname.lastname@example.org or call 0208 702 8030.
